  • Training Split: two hourglass focused days, one lower, one upper & one optional glutes accessory – 2 6-week phases to focus on progressive overload

  • Program design: Strength-based exercises with volume focus on back & glutes to build shape without overtraining, all body parts are included for a well-rounded program

  • App Access: program delivered in an easy-to-use app, you will have app access for 14 weeks.

  • Nutrition Protocols: nutritional guidance based on your goals with calorie & protein targets
